My idea

I have changed my idea to be more suited and interested by a wider audiences. The idea i chose is now directing to what is more valued by employees a Degree or experiences. I am going to try to connect with business people like managers and see what they would what from an employer. The questions im planning to ask are:

• What do YOU value more a degree or experiences?
• Do YOU think the way schools run today help us stables in the real world?
• Have YOU got any tips that would help the youngster standout to get a job

The reason why im choosing this idea its what a larger audiences will prefer and be interested in, it can be a documentary which can help them actually find a job. Also has unemployment reached 1million i think that a lot of people will be interested a will take time watching as its only five minutes. It going to be a documentary which is going straight to the point to help with time and put the idea a cross easier. This is going to be a interactive documentary because someone will be in front of the camera in some way or another. It can also fall into a reflective documentary in some parts of the of the project.

This project will be based on the importance of standing out and giving valuable ideas for the unemployed to help them achieve and find a job to help their family. It also give views that the purpose of school is it being for filled or is it a waste of time and the governments money which they can spend on other important things for the economy. Alternatives 

The basic target audiences for my project documentary will be unemployed and also university students. This is because university students will question themselves that are they doing whats right for them?
I think this documentary will also help me because as a 16 year old i can use these tips to help myself standout and find and job which i really deserve. 

People being Interviewed
I will be interviewing business people and getting their views on how schools run, however i will also get views of heads of schools and see what they think and whether the way they run the school meets the purpose of going to school for a long period and understanding more. We will try to include facts and figures to prove our point.

This Documentary will be between 5 to 10 minutes.

I think that this documentary will come out as a success and will actually give me a better understanding and my fellow class mates. I think that this will give everyone a better understanding on what to do and how to do it.
Overall whether this comes out as a good documentary or not i will have learn a lot from it to help me even if its one person it makes a big differences.
